Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Therapist LMSW to join our team at FCS, Inc. As a Therapist LMSW, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to adults and seniors with acute mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy to adults and seniors
- Develop and implement discharge plans and case management for inpatient psychiatric patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Licensed and/or certified to perform psychotherapy and/or counseling within the State of operation
- Experience in providing mental health services to adults and seniors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
