About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team at LEO A DALY. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead architectural projects, including design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, interior designers, and project managers, to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure that their needs are met and that projects are delivered to their satisfaction.
  • Conduct site investigations and observations to ensure that projects are constructed in accordance with the design intent and building codes.
  • Prepare and review construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and reports, to ensure that they meet the required standards.
  • Participate in marketing and business development activities to promote the firm's services and attract new clients.
  • Travel to project sites as required to ensure that projects are progressing according to plan.
  • Supervise and mentor junior architects and technicians to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • 15 years of experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited college or university.
  • Architecture registration required.
  • Health-care experience required.
  • Interiors experience required.
  • Proficiency with computer software, including Revit Architecture, required.
  • Working knowledge of Sketch-Up and Adobe Creative Suite/Bluebeam preferred.
  • Strong graphic, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to being an active participant working as part of a multidiscipline team.
What We Offer

LEO A DALY offers a competitive salary range of $125,000 - $155,000, depending on applicable experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
