Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Client Service Manager to lead our client services team. This role is responsible for managing, delivering, and administering client services agreements, including the change management process.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing teams in both on-site and remote environments across multiple time zones within a 24x7 support model.

A strong business acumen and ability to develop a business case, gather business requirements, and translate them into a customer solution when required are essential.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client services agreements and ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Lead and manage teams in various locations, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement business cases to improve client satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in client services management.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding SLA targets.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and other tools.
