We are seeking an experienced Senior Nursing Professional to join our team in the MedSurg, ICU/PCU department at HealthEcareers - Client. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of clinical expertise and leadership skills.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. They will function within the framework of our organization's policies and procedures, demonstrating professional growth and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the MedSurg, ICU/PCU department.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care activities.
  • Maintain standards of practice and ensure quality patient care.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members.

Requirements

  • Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
  • BLS certification required.
  • A minimum of one year of nursing experience in a hospital setting.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.
  • Advanced certification in a field of specialty is beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary for this role, estimated to be around $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
