This role involves serving as a liaison to customers while their vehicles are being serviced.
You will discuss customers' needs and alternative options, including new vehicle purchases. Appraisal of eligible vehicles is also part of this role.
Key responsibilities include making outbound calls to generate appointments, educating guests on available options, tracking activity in Vin Solutions, and developing relationships with customers.
You will lead customers through the exchange process, handle financial paperwork, and follow up with customers after the exchange.
The ideal candidate should have strong follow-up abilities, excellent customer service skills, and proficiency in vehicle appraisal within the current market.
A highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills is required.
Skilled in team-building, leadership, and management, with the ability to establish and maintain customer relationships.
Previous experience in automotive sales or retail is preferred, but not mandatory.
Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
To excel in this role, candidates must perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

This full-time opportunity includes a competitive salary of $75,000 - 120,000 per year, inclusive of bonuses and commission.
Benefits include medical and dental insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, employee discounts, paid time off, and supplemental benefit plans.
Schedule: Monday – Friday with weekend availability
