South Shore Subaru, a proud member of the VIP Automotive Group of Long Island, is seeking an exceptional Automotive Trade Exchange Coordinator. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional value and experiences for every customer.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 to $125,000, inclusive of bonuses and commission. Additionally, our benefits package includes medical and dental insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, employee discounts on vehicle purchases, parts, and service, paid time off, and more.

The successful candidate will have strong follow-up abilities, exceptional customer service skills, and proficiency in vehicle appraisal within the current market. They will be highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain customer relationships.

Key responsibilities include being a liaison to customers while their vehicles are being serviced, discussing their needs and alternative options, and appraising eligible vehicles for purchase or lease. The role also involves making outbound calls to generate appointments, educating guests on available options, and developing relationships with customers.
