- Strategic Planning: Directly supervise service and sales personnel, project managers, and collaborate with the Panamex PCONA Mexico team for welding activities. Responsible for achieving annual budget targets and reporting to the director of PCONA PA division.
Problem Solving and Analysis: Utilize market data for trend analysis to drive strategic changes, adept at identifying and resolving business and technical issues independently while prioritizing customer and company interests.
Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in capital equipment. Minimum 5 years of experience in robotics, arc welding, or capital equipment.
Communication and Presentation Skills: Possess strong presentation and strategic skills for leading marketing discussions, focusing on customer experience and investment prioritization.
