Role Overview

As an Application Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our customer support and success initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

- 1+ years of relevant technical experience in supporting or developing Python-based applications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience or training
- 1+ years of experience with SaaS applications and infrastructure.

Preferred Qualifications

- 3+ years of relevant technical experience in supporting or developing Python-based applications
- Proficiency in software support and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, etc.)
- Experience in writing and debugging complex Python applications
- Exposure to Java (JMX and PMI), .NET Development, or other programming languages
- Knowledge of database technologies (MS SQL, Oracle, IBM DB2)
- Familiarity with Prometheus scraping
- Understanding of SNMP
- Experience in network troubleshooting
- Relevant industry certification focusing on Python (e.g., Python Certified Entry-level Programmer, Certified Professional in Python Programming, etc.)

This position operates on a hybrid schedule.

Additional Information

Compensation is based on experience, ranging from $80K to $95K, plus comprehensive benefits including health, dental, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, 401k, and paid time off. Total compensation may vary based on candidate experience, education, and location.
