Culinary Team Member

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Culinary Staff to join our team at Tempositions, Inc. as we prepare for our busy season.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and stock food items and other necessary supplies in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Cook food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
  • Set up, break down, and sanitize assigned work areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Follow all sanitation guidelines and safety protocols at all times.
  • Adhere to company standards and policies, including wearing non-slip work shoes and kitchen uniforms.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of Culinary experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent knife skills and ability to work efficiently in a team setting.
  • Great communication skills and ability to adapt to changing environments.
  • Flexibility and ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Food Handlers Certificate and Serve Safe Certification preferred but not required.
