Job Summary:
Careers Integrated Resources Inc is seeking a skilled Clinical Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Clinical Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for utilizing your knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards to ensure high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans
• Conduct thorough assessments of patient needs and preferences
• Utilize written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Demonstrate ability to problem-solve and think critically in high-pressure situations

Requirements:
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
