Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist with Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of pediatric clients, providing personalized therapy services in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education and training to clients and their families on proper therapy techniques and exercises
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Unencumbered license to practice as a Physical Therapist
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience working with pediatric clients, preferably in a home health setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
