We are seeking a highly qualified and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at MedCare Pediatric Group, LP. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing, evaluating, and implementing behavior therapy services to pediatric clients with a variety of needs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct Behavioral Assessments: Observe patients and conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness.
- Develop Treatment Plans: Formulate individualized treatment plans that are sensitive to clients' cognitive, social, emotional, and sensory needs.
- Implement and Monitor Treatment Plans: Develop and implement individual plans to correct, maintain, or improve certain behaviors, and monitor and evaluate client progress towards treatment goals.
- Supervise and Train Staff: Train and supervise Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality care.
- Master's Degree: Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- BCBA Certification: Current certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- TX LBA License: Current Texas license as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).
- Experience: Minimum of two years' experience as a BCBA, with new graduates welcomed to apply.
