Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Care: Provide comprehensive respiratory assessments and interventions tailored to the needs of pediatric patients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Education: Educate patients and their families about respiratory care and management strategies.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Respiratory Care; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Licensure: Current Respiratory Care Practitioner License required; CRT and RRT certifications preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Pediatric ICU or similar setting is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team-oriented environment, and physical capability to perform essential job functions.
