We have successfully raised over $370 million from notable investors, and our valuation stands at $2.5 billion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver support to management, HR teams, and employees both onsite and remotely. A portion of your work will be conducted at a primary location, while the remainder will be performed from your home office, including travel to other local sites.
  • Provide individual therapy to employees in person and through virtual platforms.
  • Offer solution-oriented mental health consultations and connect employees with appropriate resources.
  • Establish strong, trusting relationships with leaders and HR contacts across multiple sites, executing tailored action plans.
  • Respond to critical incidents effectively.
  • Conduct customized training sessions and promote Spring Health's benefits.
  • Develop an expert understanding of the client's benefit ecosystem and available support programs, ensuring accurate referrals.
  • Complete necessary internal training and participate in clinical team meetings.
  • Adhere to Spring Health's policies, maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Monitor and analyze data to recommend proactive interventions at the leadership level.
  • Assess risks and manage crises by providing immediate support, triage, safety planning, and follow-up.
  • Provide management consultations that enhance employee wellbeing and workplace productivity.
  • Conduct management referral intakes and ensure appropriate placement of referred employees, guiding counselors on EAP protocols.
  • Coordinate evaluations for referred employees, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and company policies.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and shared with relevant parties.
  • Follow up to monitor employee compliance and provide feedback to management.
  • Identify and address barriers to care with leadership support.
  • Maintain accurate documentation that meets risk management and regulatory standards.
  • Engage in regular case reviews with the client’s leadership team.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience, including at least 1 year as an independently licensed clinician.
  • Experience in management consultation, critical incident response, and delivering training presentations.
  • Proficient with technology and telehealth services.
  • Trained in evidence-based care modalities, including short-term, solution-focused therapy.
  • Possess an unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in Virginia, Maryland, and DC.
  • Experience with substance abuse; SAP or SAE Certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with specific state and federal regulations relevant to client industries.
  • Comfortable providing safety planning and intervention in high-risk situations.
  • Committed to high-quality documentation of service delivery.
  • Enjoy working independently while valuing team support and collaboration.
  • Embrace diversity and inclusion within teams and clients.

The target salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000, with individual compensation determined by various factors, including experience and location.
