Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of our facility. The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the Maintenance Supervisor, receiving day-to-day instructions to maintain a pristine environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
  • Prepare workspaces for the following day by stocking supplies, disposing of waste, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Maintain hygiene in restrooms by washing and sanitizing toilets, sinks, and showers, as well as restocking necessary supplies.
  • Manage soiled uniforms and respirators, ensuring they are properly laundered.
  • Regularly clean the parking lot and perform seasonal outdoor maintenance as needed.
  • Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and central vacuum systems.
  • Utilize a scissor lift for cleaning high areas and ducting.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and participate in training sessions.
  • Maintain a clean work area and comply with hygiene standards.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Reliability and punctuality in attendance.
  • Completion of a pre-employment physical and drug screening.
Work Schedule:

This position typically follows a Monday to Friday schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with potential overtime based on operational needs.
