Diesel Equipment Maintenance Specialist

Martin Concrete is seeking a skilled Diesel Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our diesel equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on diesel equipment to identify and address potential issues
- Perform repairs and maintenance on diesel engines, transmissions, and other related components
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective equipment operation
- Stay up-to-date with manufacturer recommendations and industry best practices to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Extensive knowledge of diesel engine mechanics and repair
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate heavy equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- OSHA certification
- Degree in diesel mechanics or a related field
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)'
