AP Staff Accountant

We're seeking a detail-oriented AP Staff Accountant to join our team at Nesnah Ventures. As a key member of our accounting team, you'll be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. If you're passionate about numbers and thrive in a structured environment, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
In this role, you'll provide accounts payable accounting functions to Nesnah Ventures and its subsidiary businesses. Your tasks will include maintaining the A/P email inbox, processing vendor invoices, entering payable transactions, and reviewing 1099 tax documents. You'll also assist with month-end and year-end closings, record recurring and one-time journal entries, and post daily banking transactions.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a driven achiever with a strong attention to detail and a minimum of 2 years of related accounts payable accounting experience. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel data entry, and have a strong analytical mindset. A bachelor's degree in accounting or related experience is a plus.
