Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer Lead to join our team at HCL Technologies. As a key member of our Salesforce development team, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and leadership to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive code reviews and establish quality assurance processes to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
  • Develop and implement best practices and coding standards to optimize performance and ensure compliance with process requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and prepare and submit status reports.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, and participate in technical discussions and reviews as a technical consultant.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of Salesforce CRM experience, with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with all Out of Box capabilities, components, and configurations offered by the Salesforce platform.
  • Experience with Apex, Apex triggers, Apex actions, Web Services, Lightning Aura, and LWC integration.
  • Knowledge and experience of handling different Governor limits and designing applications for enterprise-scale with Asynchronous jobs, Bulkify, and Parallel Processing.
  • Strong practical deployment knowledge of Salesforce configurations, Apex, Lightning, AppExchange deployment, and metadata using the org or package deployment models with GitHub as a version control system.
  • Proficient in Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and design limitations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Salesforce Connect and Sales Cloud.
  • Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming languages and concepts.
  • Prior experience working in SQL/nonsql databases, preferably in Oracle.
  • Prior experience in Reactive JS development and REST-based service development.
