Job Summary

Omni Inclusive is seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Enterprise Architect to lead the design and implementation of our Salesforce Sales, Service, and Community Cloud projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise-level Salesforce projects, with expertise in configuration, system architecture, and software development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Salesforce Sales, Service, and Community Cloud solutions for enterprise-level projects
  • Lead the configuration of Salesforce workflows, validation rules, and security controls
  • Define business requirements, write user stories, and provide detailed Salesforce system and functional designs
  • Document current state business processes and wireframe system designs using process flow diagram tools, UML, sequence diagrams, etc.
  • Make recommendations for future state improved processes and system designs
  • Deliver comprehensive solutions that enable achievement of desired business outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of direct experience in software development life cycle
  • 5-6 years of experience in Salesforce configuration and implementing CRM systems
  • Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of CRM software solutions
  • Salesforce certification is preferred
  • Direct, hands-on experience with automated software development tools
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
  • Excellent oral and written communication, presenting, meeting facilitation, negotiation, decision making, and problem solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Architect certification
  • Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or Finance Industry
