Armand Corporation, a leading Construction Management firm, is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial integrity of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and distribute monthly financial reporting packages, providing in-depth analysis and strategic insights.
  • Ensure financial information is compliant with federal reimbursement rules and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Federal-State Partnership grant experience, particularly in non-profit accounting and federal grants.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports as requested by management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with finance managers and department members to deliver value through teamwork, information sharing, and exceptional client service.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date fiscal files and records, ensuring seamless annual audit processes.
  • Ensure proper coding of reimbursable operational expenses to matching revenue accounts.
  • Prepare invoices for submission to clients, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
  • Support project management and contracts teams to ensure deliverables are met, and projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support the success of the finance department.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience, with a focus on Federal Grants.
  • Strong finance and accounting skills, including a comprehensive understanding of financial statements.
  • Firm understanding of Federal-State Partnership grant experience, including non-profit accounting and federal grants.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP and other advanced functions.
  • Experience with EAR and SAGE or other relevant software is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and adapt to competing demands.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
  • Authorization to work in the United States is mandatory.
