Role Summary

We are seeking a Compliance Training Specialist to join our team, reporting directly to the Head of Compliance Training. This role is pivotal in executing the Financial Crimes Compliance (FCC) training initiatives for the Americas Division. The specialist will be responsible for the development and delivery of FCC training programs to all pertinent employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, development, and implementation of both general and specialized training materials for employees within the Americas Division.
  • Employ adult learning principles and methodologies to enhance the effectiveness of training sessions.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive training calendar to ensure timely training delivery for all employees.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to identify and address additional training needs.
  • Monitor training progress and maintain accurate records for reporting purposes.
  • Support the daily administration and management of the FCC training program.

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in managing training programs and developing training content, preferably within a financial services environment.
  • Proven expertise in instructional design, with a focus on creating engaging content for both in-person and eLearning formats.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to foster strong working relationships across various departments.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is required; familiarity with BAI Learning Manager is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with content authoring tools such as Articulate or Captivate is preferred.

Work Environment
