  • Guest Experience
    • Ensure that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience, from check-in to check-out.
    • Monitor and address guest feedback and concerns to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the hotel's physical assets, including rooms, public areas, and equipment.
    • Ensure that all hotel operations are running smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • At least 6 years of progressive experience in hotel management or a related field.
