Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide product information and support to customers, including answering questions about water-testing equipment and other products and services.

Requirements

  • Strong record-keeping management skills, with attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Reasoning and analytical skills to resolve issues, with ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Phone skills, with ability to establish rapport and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office, with ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
