  • Contact potential clients and establish relationships
  • Update logs and reporting systems to reflect client status
  • Conduct interviews with empathy and compassion
  • Schedule appointments for potential clients
  • Take accurate notes during consultations
  • Collaborate with attorneys to complete consultation processes
  • Assist attorneys with administrative tasks related to opening cases and maintaining databases
