- Update logs and reporting systems to reflect client status
- Conduct interviews with empathy and compassion
- Schedule appointments for potential clients
- Take accurate notes during consultations
- Collaborate with attorneys to complete consultation processes
- Assist attorneys with administrative tasks related to opening cases and maintaining databases
