We help clients build recruiting processes, attract top talent, and payroll contractors.

In the role of Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will partner directly with clients to understand their open positions and attract high caliber candidates for their roles.

This is an evergreen req. We receive new client requests weekly, making it essential to have a pool of qualified candidates ready to be sent when client needs arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic sourcing and recruiting plans by mapping the talent market
  • Omit unnecessary costs and optimize the use of recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and TopFunnel
  • Source, screen, and close high caliber candidates in technical positions
  • Collaborate with client recruiting teams to improve recruiting processes and implement scalable changes to existing strategies
  • Track and report recruiting data accurately
  • Share knowledge with the team and learn from others

Qualifications:

To succeed as a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist, you should have:

  • 4+ years of full-lifecycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in-house
  • A proven track record of building strong partnerships with stakeholders
  • A data-driven approach to recruiting and stakeholder management
  • A passion for building teams and delivering exceptional candidate experiences
  • Persistent curiosity and desire to learn

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
