Building Manager

The Sares Regis Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of physical structures and grounds at our properties. This role involves supervising employees and outside contractors, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring the efficient use of equipment and resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate employee activities and outside contractors engaged in maintaining and repairing physical structures and grounds.
- Direct employees and outside contractors in apartment renovations, service requests, structural repairs, and ground maintenance.
- Obtain bids for work from outside contractors and order supplies, appliances, and equipment from vendors.
- Inspect facilities and equipment to determine the need and extent of service, equipment required, and type.
- Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase the efficiency of the work crew.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of related experience in property management as a Maintenance Supervisor on 300+ units.
- Excellent written, communication, and computer skills.
- Able to work weekends and overtime as job requires.
