We are seeking skilled Respiratory Care Practitioners to join our team at Norton Healthcare. As a Respiratory Care Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Flexible Scheduling and Competitive Pay

Our Respiratory Care Practitioner positions offer flexible scheduling and competitive pay, with opportunities to earn over $58 an hour, plus shift and weekend differentials. You will have the flexibility to choose from a variety of assignments, including short and long-term positions, and work in both adult and pediatric units based on your experience.

Norton Traveler Opportunities

We also offer Norton Traveler opportunities for Respiratory Therapists who live 75+ miles outside the Louisville-Metro area. As a Norton Traveler, you will have the opportunity to earn over $43 an hour, plus shift and weekend differentials, and receive a tax-free, bi-weekly lodging stipend in addition to hourly pay.

Qualifications

To be considered for these opportunities, you must have an Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy and at least one year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist. You must also be certified as a Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) and obtain RRT certification within 12 months of hire. Additionally, you must be licensed as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of Kentucky.
