Human Resources Business Partner

This is an exciting opportunity to join Stryten Energy as an HR Generalist. You will be responsible for supporting employees through recruitment, new hire onboarding, performance management, benefits, and other HR functions.
Key Responsibilities- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement policies and procedures.
- Provide training and development opportunities to employees.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field of study required.
- 5+ Years Human Resources experience as an administrator or general support.
- Strong background in all aspects of human resources and experience working in a manufacturing environment at all levels of the organization.
- Good written and oral communication skills; must be able to read, write, and speak English.
- Proficient with MS Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Word).
- Ability to work independently, develop and follow-up on plans, and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Estimated salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
