About the Requirements
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field of study and 5+ years of experience in a similar role. They will also be responsible for conducting thorough investigations into employee disputes, gathering evidence through interviews and documentation, and implementing corrective actions based on the findings.
You will also be responsible for providing managers with guidance on appropriate disciplinary actions to ensure consistency and fairness, monitoring local, state, and federal laws and regulations for changes that impact the site, collaborating with HQ HR team to execute changes as needed to stay in compliance, identifying areas of improvement within the HR Function, and leading projects to implement new processes.
