? Welcome customers, clients, and staff; respond to inquiries or redirect calls as necessary
? Organize and schedule meetings
? Maintain office communications and informative displays
? Utilize technology, systems, and software such as voicemail systems, copiers/scanners, personal computers, and Microsoft Office Suite.

? Capacity to work efficiently and swiftly.
? Advanced digital literacy is essential, including proficiency in Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), internet navigation, typing, and other database and spreadsheet software.
