Key Responsibilities:
- Collect high-quality blood samples from patients, ensuring proper handling and preparation for laboratory analysis while adhering to established protocols.
- Engage directly with patients, fostering an environment of trust and confidence by clearly explaining procedures and performing blood draws in a safe and proficient manner.
- Execute blood collection techniques, including venipuncture and capillary methods, across diverse patient demographics.
- Process specimens accurately and professionally, maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Conduct order entry and verify patient collection information, utilizing appropriate resources for accuracy.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in phlebotomy.
- This is a FLOAT position; candidates should be prepared to work at various locations and travel as needed.
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record are essential.
- Timeliness and commitment to completing shifts are mandatory.
Position Details:

Schedule: Monday - Friday, flexible hours required
Compensation: $20 to $23 per hour
Note: The offered pay rate will be determined based on education, experience, and relevant healthcare credentials.
