Job SummaryWe are seeking a talented Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team. As a Float Pool RN, you will provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient outcomes and provide a positive patient experience.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients of all ages, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in patient and family education, promoting health and wellness.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork and communication among colleagues.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or equivalent.
- Current RN licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Three (3) months of experience as a Registered Nurse.
