Position Summary
We are in search of a dynamic and innovative Marketing Specialist to enhance our Marketing and Sales Departments. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing engaging promotional content, coordinating logistics for trade shows, and delivering exceptional service to our clientele.

Key Responsibilities
  • Email Marketing: Design and implement effective email marketing campaigns using MailChimp, creating engaging content that highlights our products' value and features.
  • Content Development: Produce compelling product descriptions and blog articles that clearly communicate product information.
  • Website Management: Create and maintain engaging web pages on our WordPress sites, ensuring responsiveness and adherence to SEO best practices.
  • Trade Show Management: Collaborate with marketing colleagues to manage various aspects of trade show events, including registrations, advertisements, lead management, and travel arrangements.
  • Creative Design: Develop impactful advertisements, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and PowerPoint.
  • Branded Merchandise: Coordinate with vendors to procure and manage company-branded items, ensuring alignment with our brand identity.
  • Video Production: Create engaging marketing videos to inform customers about new products and features.
  • Product Launch Support: Assist in all marketing initiatives related to the introduction of new products and services.
  • Social Media Oversight: Manage and enhance our company's presence on assigned social media platforms.
  • Customer Support: Provide outstanding customer service through various communication channels, assisting our valued users.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other tasks as assigned to support the company's objectives.

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with:
  • A minimum of five years of experience in marketing, content creation, and digital communications.
  • An undergraduate degree, preferably in marketing.
  • Strong design, writing, and editing skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MailChimp, WordPress, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and PowerPoint; experience with Elementor is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • A creative mindset with problem-solving abilities.
