Job Summary

Cary Street Partners is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to provide primary support to the Wealth Management Group. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interact with employees, clients, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain confidential and time-sensitive material.
  • Manage various aspects of client accounts, including opening new accounts, processing documents, and initiating client agreements.
  • Handle alerts and action items from platforms.
  • Maintain client files and perform administrative duties.
  • Support Financial Advisors with correspondence, client proposals, and presentations.
  • Assist with client presentations, including preparing documents and marketing materials.
  • Perform various clerical duties, including copying, printing, and assembling materials.
  • Schedule client meetings and maintain Financial Advisor calendars.
  • Assist with seminars, including preparation and maintenance of invitee and attendee lists.
  • Maintain information in the contact management system.
  • Assist with data entry and formulate policies and procedures.
  • Perform administrative functions, including answering phone calls and sorting mail.

Requirements

  • Three plus years of prior experience preferred.
  • Experience in professional services industry with operations or administrative assistant experience preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn industry-specific technology.
  • Equivalent of a Bachelor's degree or 4-years of college preferred.
  • Current SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses preferred, but not required.
