As a Part-Time Sales Associate, you'll play a vital role in driving revenue and achieving individual and store goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service and style advice.
  • Drive revenue by meeting or exceeding financial and credit goals.
  • Maintain a safe and well-organized store environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in inventory preparation and other operational tasks as assigned.
  • Develop product and styling knowledge, staying up-to-date on current market trends and ANN INC. brand positioning.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum one year sales associate or relevant experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds occasionally.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including weekends and holidays.
