Position Overview We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to enhance our financial operations within the healthcare sector. This full-time role provides an excellent opportunity to impact our financial processes positively. You will oversee the accounts payable function, ensuring precision and adherence to financial regulations and standards. Your contributions will be crucial in upholding the financial integrity of our organization. Key Responsibilities: As an Accounts Payable Analyst, your main duties will include:
  1. Timely processing, verification, and reconciliation of invoices and payments.
  2. Utilizing financial software such as Workday, OnBase, and Lawson for accounts payable management.
  3. Investigating and resolving discrepancies related to invoices and payments.
  4. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations pertinent to the healthcare sector.
  5. Conducting monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations to maintain accurate reporting and ledger upkeep.
  6. Collaborating with finance team members to facilitate financial audits.
  7. Maintaining vendor relationships by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  8. Assisting in the formulation and execution of accounts payable policies and procedures.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Accounts Payable Analyst role should have:
  1. At least 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable capacity, preferably in the healthcare or medical field.
  2. Proficiency in financial systems such as Workday, OnBase, and Lawson.
  3. Strong grasp of accounts payable processes and best practices.
  4. Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  5. Ability to identify and rectify financial discrepancies.
  6. Solid understanding of account reconciliation and general ledger functions.
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  8. Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  9. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
