$3,000 for full-time positions

$1,500 for part-time roles

Available Shifts:

3PM - 11PM

11PM - 7AM

Per Diem Options:

7AM - 3PM

7AM - 7PM

7PM - 7AM

Note: Our facility does not utilize agency staff; our team members have been with us for over a decade.

Qualifications:

Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in the state of MA.

Exceptional patient care skills are essential.

Covid vaccination is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver patient care in alignment with established nursing standards and the prescribed care plan.

- Implement care strategies developed by the Nurse Manager.

- Administer medications and treatments as per the plan of care.

- Monitor and assess residents' health conditions, reporting changes as necessary.

- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with directives.
