At Addiction and Mental, we are seeking a skilled LPN Ambulatory Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our medical staff, you will play a vital role in coordinating and delivering quality medical care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate and document providers orders/recommendations.
- Obtain necessary patient information to meet current Federal guidelines for electronic medical records.
- Identify and resolve minor patient billing complaints.
- Assist in ordering, receiving, and stocking of medications and medical supplies.
- Knowledge of medical practice and provision of patient care services.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of medical terminology, basic anatomy, medical equipment, and instruments to administer patient care.
- Ability to maintain quality control and patient privacy standards.
