Jackie's International is seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare tables for service, including setting up linens, utensils, and condiments.
- Stay up-to-date on current menu offerings, specials, and menu changes to provide accurate information to guests.
- Handle table bookings, direct guests to their tables, and present menus in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Assist guests with drink selection, inform them about food preparation details, and communicate specific needs to the kitchen staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, delivering food and beverages, and replenishing utensils and glasses as needed.
- Prepare and serve mixed drinks, pour wine at the tableside, and obtain payments from guests.
- Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed and assist with special events.
- Greet guests warmly and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
