Part-Time Live Events Specialist

Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment is seeking a highly skilled Part-Time Marketing Experience Specialist to coordinate and execute live experiences & events at the Prudential Center. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for creating compelling experiences that create fans for life.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, audio-visual equipment, and staffing
- Work closely with the Live Experience & Marketing team to develop and implement new in-game entertainment ideas and concepts
- Assist with scheduling PT Staff (Woo Crew & Game Day Assistants) for all Devils home games and events
- Maintain accurate records and reports for events, including attendance, revenue, and customer feedback
Requirements
- Previous experience in event planning or marketing preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
