As a key member of the SEEDS team, the Senior Events Manager, Fundraising and Community Engagement plays a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive events strategies to drive fundraising efforts and foster strong relationships with donors and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a proven track record in event planning, management, and execution. With a strong focus on attention to detail and project management, this individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event experiences that meet or exceed expectations.

Beyond event management, the Senior Events Manager will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and stewarding major gift donors, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with volunteers, alumni, and community partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive events strategies to achieve annual fundraising goals
  • Manage all aspects of event planning, including logistics, vendor coordination, and budgeting
  • Cultivate and steward major gift donors, volunteers, and community partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event outcomes
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high-quality event experiences

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning, management, and execution
  • Proven track record of success in fundraising and donor relations
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Estimated salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience
