You will work closely with our data science team, regional managers, and other stakeholders to support operational reporting and analysis needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Publish and/or present meaningful reports, updates, and recommendations that will drive operational decision-making to stakeholders
- Collaborate with the operations team to comprehend reporting requirements and devise strategies to fulfill any unmet needs
- Act as a liaison between operations and data science teams within the enterprise to ensure and maintain data precision
- Create concise documentation to detail strategic solutions and analyses
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or background in data analysis/engineering required
- 2-3 years of experience in data analysis
- Experience in the healthcare industry required
- Proficient in data analysis and interpretation, showcasing strong analytical abilities. Ability to work with complex data with strong problem-solving and reasoning skills
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Experience in Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, Python/R, or similar programming language a plus
