We are seeking a skilled Level 2 Lift Maintenance Technician to join our Mountain Operations team at Sugarbush Resort.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing lift equipment, ensuring the safety and reliability of our lifts. This includes regular maintenance, inspections, and responding to lift breakdowns.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair all lift equipment, including conveyors, high-speed detachable quads, and hydraulic systems.
  • Perform regular inspections and maintenance tasks during the winter operating season.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of all lift components during the summer season.
  • Work on braking systems, rigging, gasoline and diesel engines, and low-voltage safety circuits.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum two years of mechanical or electrical experience.
  • Detachable lift experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work under timelines and pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team.
  • Adherence to all safety policies and procedures.
