Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Radiology Technician (DRT)/Computed Tomography (CT) Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnostic imaging and be able to operate a wide variety of imaging equipment to obtain high-quality studies.
Key Responsibilities- Operate CT scanners and other imaging equipment to obtain diagnostic-quality images
- Prepare patients for exams, including explaining procedures and positioning them correctly
- Administer contrast materials and other medications as needed
- Monitor patient conditions and intervene when necessary
- Record and maintain accurate records of patient exams and procedures
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
- ARRT certification and CT certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum of 2 years experience in diagnostic imaging
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in a VA or military setting
- Knowledge of advanced DRT/CT applications
This position requires sitting and standing for prolonged periods of time, as well as lifting up to 25 pounds. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary range of $31.20 - $40.00 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate will be able to relocate to the project site for the duration of the contract.
