Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at Dae Sung/LB&B Joint Venture. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on large commercial heating and air conditioning equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on boilers, chillers, hot water heating systems, domestic water plumbing systems, air handlers, VAV components, and other HVAC equipment.
  • Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty equipment and systems.
  • Operate and maintain complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience working on large commercial heating and air conditioning equipment.
  • Universal EPA or CFC certification.
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Technical training in HVAC is highly desired.
  • N.A.T.E. certification.
