About the Role

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in a per diem capacity. As a Physical Therapist with Kaiser Permanente, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population of patients and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans to address physical therapy needs.
  • Administer and prescribe physical agents and exercise programs to promote patient recovery and mobility.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy training program with a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Current Physical Therapist License in California (or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire).
  • Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Membership in the American Physical Therapy Association.
  • Experience with group classes and clinics.
