About the Role

This full-time position involves working closely with licensed Physical Therapists to provide high-quality patient care services in a skilled nursing facility setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting Physical Therapists in conducting thorough evaluations, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions;
  • Providing direct patient care services, including exercises, modalities, and transfers, under the supervision of licensed therapists;
  • Maintaining accurate and comprehensive patient records, ensuring timely and effective communication with healthcare teams;
Requirements and Qualifications
