Position Overview:
We are in search of a proactive Fleet Operations Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience in public accounting, preferably with a focus on fleet management and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare precise and timely financial statements and disclosures in accordance with GAAP and SEC regulations.
- Analyze and reconcile complex accounts related to fleet operations and financial instruments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive financial reporting.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of necessary regulatory forms.
- Conduct valuation analysis for financial instruments and assets.
Qualifications:
- CPA or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in an audit or accounting role with a focus on fleet operations and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of US GAAP.
