Responsibilities of the Project Manager- Ensure timely completion of projects
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor progress
- Assess risks associated with projects and implement strategies to mitigate them
- Estimate financial needs, prepare budgets, and manage expenditures
- Oversee modifications to project costs, scope, and timelines
- Maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and third-party vendors
- Communicate project updates to management as necessary
- Keep thorough project documentation
- Evaluate project success using appropriate metrics
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the restoration sector
- At least 2 years of experience in a project management role
- Demonstrated success in project management
- Strong time management capabilities
