Job Title: Maintenance Manager

At Inland Empire Paper Company, we are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our mill leadership team, you will be responsible for the maintenance of our pulp and paper operation, including a paper machine, mechanical ground wood pulp mill, gas fired boilers, and effluent water treatment system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct a department of 25 multi-skilled maintenance crew members
  • Coordinate process improvement, equipment reliability, vibration analysis, and work planning processes
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Collaborate with the Electrical Supervisor to ensure seamless operation of the mill
Requirements:
  • Strong paper mill mechanical background and understanding of associated pulping and paper making peripheral equipment
  • College degree in mechanical engineering or other relevant discipline
  • Excellent participative leadership capabilities and strong forward thinking
  • Good computer skills with maintenance management software experience
What We Offer:
  • Salaried position with a competitive pay range of $90k to $125k per year
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and 13 paid holidays per year
  • 2 weeks of vacation to start (pro-rated first year based on hire date)
